4. Payment Terms

For all services, a customized quote or package will be provided. Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Rawtech Innovations typically requires a deposit before starting work, with remaining payments due upon project completion or as per milestones agreed in the contract.

Failure to make payments on time may result in delayed project delivery or suspension of services until payment is received. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for completed projects are transferred to the client. Rawtech Innovations retains the right to use non-confidential work for promotional purposes, including in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any content provided by the client for use in the project remains the property of the client, and the client is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to use such content.

6. Confidentiality

Rawtech Innovations respects your confidentiality and will not disclose any confidential information shared during the project without your consent, unless required by law.

7. Revisions and Approvals

All project revisions must be requested within the scope outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final work before it is delivered. Once approved, no further revisions can be made unless agreed upon separately.

8. Warranties and Limitations of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality services, Rawtech Innovations makes no guarantees of specific results regarding the effectiveness or outcomes of our services, such as search engine rankings or ad campaign performance. All services are provided on an “as-is” basis.

Rawtech Innovations shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruptions, or data loss.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. If the client terminates the project before completion, the client will be responsible for any work completed up to the termination date. Rawtech Innovations reserves the right to terminate services if terms are violated, including failure to pay on time.

10. Third-Party Tools and Services

In the course of providing services, Rawtech Innovations may use third-party tools or platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, etc.). Rawtech Innovations is not responsible for the performance, reliability, or terms of these third-party services. Clients are bound by the terms and conditions of any third-party services used in conjunction with our work.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi/INDIA. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi/INDIA.

12. Changes to Terms

Rawtech Innovations reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our website and services constitutes your acceptance of any changes made.
