    • Before Work Commences: If a cancellation is made before any work has started, we will issue a full refund of any deposit or payment made.
    • During the Project: If the project has already commenced, you will be responsible for paying for the work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any deposits paid will be applied to the work completed, and any outstanding balance will be billed based on the agreed rates.
  • Ongoing/Retainer Services:
    For ongoing services such as SEO, social media management, or paid ad management, you may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Services will continue through the notice period, and payment will be required for any work performed during that time. No refunds will be issued for work already completed.


2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not generally offer refunds once work has been completed or a project has been delivered. Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund:
    A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made before any work begins.

  • Partial Refund:
    If the project is canceled after work has begun but before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of work completed. The exact amount will be calculated by deducting the cost of completed work from the initial payment.

  • No Refunds for Completed Projects:
    Once a project has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued. This applies to all services, including but not limited to website development, SEO, social media management, graphic design, and paid ad campaigns.


3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including:

  • Third-Party Fees:
    Any fees paid to third-party services (e.g., domain registration, hosting, paid ads, software licenses) are non-refundable as these are beyond our control.

  • Customized Packages:
    Any service packages that have been fully customized to meet specific needs are not eligible for a refund after the work has commenced.


4. Revisions and Adjustments

We offer a revision process for all services as outlined in the project agreement. If you are dissatisfied with the work delivered, we encourage you to request revisions within the scope of the agreement rather than canceling the project. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
